Two complementary apartment buildings now reside at the edge of the sprawling fields of rural Sun Prairie, providing a new affordable housing option in the community. Collectively, the north and south buildings comprise 172 units.

The design of the Wildwood Apartments pays homage to the site’s rural history. Drawing inspiration from the surrounding farm fields, the design palette features earthy tones, organic patterns, and textures reminiscent of nature’s beauty.

Amenities are dispersed among the two buildings, providing space for residents to enjoy the social gatherings in the club room, classes in the fitness or yoga rooms, or grill outdoors near a playground area.
