What was once an empty shell is now a dynamic office space waiting for a progressive tenant to join The Avenue’s vibrant hub in downtown Milwaukee’s historic landmark. Hempel Real Estate has revitalized The Avenue (formerly the Grand Avenue Mall) for urban community life and work. The Hempel team and Korb worked closely together to develop a spec suite to attract a corporate client in search of an urban setting. This project included private offices, a naturally day-lit open office, and adjacent amenities such as a work café, collaboration niches, and conference rooms to support any tenant’s progressive culture.
