Nova Apartments is an 8-story, 251-unit apartment building that is bold, fun, and filled with unexpected moments of joy. Purposely designed to be a totally different aesthetic for this developer’s portfolio, Nova willingly took risks with color and materials.

The building’s urban setting was the inspiration for the exterior design, which uses contrasting contemporary materials in a playful and dynamic way. Nova engages the sidewalk with corner retail, two-story townhomes, and a bold, colorful lobby, while the building’s poolside amenity court makes the most of Milwaukee skyline views.
