KinetiK is a five-story, 250 unit apartment building that makes a colorful statement at the crossroads of Milwaukee’s Walker’s Point and Bay View neighborhoods. Residents are welcomed home with a playful, nature-inspired lobby that flows into a heated patio for year-round outdoor enjoyment.

While the building design is full of movement and color (inspired by the steel rolling mills that occupied the area at the turn of the century), the units themselves remain neutral—encouraging residents to make the space their own. KinetiK’s apartments include heated wood grain floors, zoned air conditioning, floor-to-ceiling glass windows, spacious walk-in closets, and private balconies. For those located on the second floor, residents can enjoy private terraces on the green roof overlooking the city, while dog owners can walk their dogs in a secure rooftop dog run.
