Forma

Forma is a refreshing, 65-unit apartment building in the heart of Milwaukee’s historic Walker’s Point neighborhood. This project offers contemporary design elements while still acknowledging the history and fabric of the surrounding community. Large windows, oversized balconies, and smooth-panel rain screens are delicately interwoven within the primarily brick masonry façade—making use of subtle detailing and accents to provide a simple-yet-sleek refinement the neighborhood deserves. This new construction apartment building also boasts one-to-one garage parking, ample bicycle parking, a dog grooming room, tenant storage lockers, and a fitness center.
